Elite Rental Homes, LLC collects information needed to answer inquiries, evaluate rental interest, manage applications and tenancies, coordinate maintenance, communicate with residents and owners, and secure our services.

Information we collect

This may include contact and household information, rental preferences, self-reported qualification information, application and tenancy records, maintenance details, communications, uploaded documents, device and security events, and records supplied by service providers. We do not ask applicants to upload Social Security numbers or raw consumer reports through this site.

How we use and share information

We use information to provide property-management services, respond to requests, evaluate stated rental criteria, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. We may share the minimum necessary information with authorized staff, property owners, vendors, screening or application providers, communications providers, hosting and security providers, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

Uploaded files are quarantined for malware screening before use. Private files are encrypted, access is restricted and logged, and administrative access uses multifactor authentication. No security measure eliminates all risk. We retain information according to its business and legal purpose, use a five-year default retention period for sensitive applicant information (including unconfirmed prescreen updates), adjustable by an authorized administrator under the approved retention policy, apply separately approved deletion actions, and suspend deletion when a legal hold applies.

Your choices

You may use unsubscribe or preference links in applicable messages. To ask about your information, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required by law or legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Third-party services and changes

Application, payment, screening, email, and property-service providers operate under their own privacy notices. We may update this notice as our practices or legal obligations change and will post the revised effective date here.
